Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The crew from Hawks Auto Detailing were fantastic. Booking was easy, they were on time and kept me informed during the entire process. It can be tough locking in auto detail services. The Hawks team were true professionals. They detailed two vehicles, and it had been about 3 years since the last detail. With a dog and two kids - a deep cleaning/detail was overdue. Both vehicles turned out beautifully and it's going to feel great to hop in and drive them tomorrow. Thank you, Steven, and Crew!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hawks Auto Detailing is top notch! They were flexible with scheduling due to weather and came out making my car look better than when I picked it up from the showroom floor. They took care of a scrape by buffing it so good that I never knew there was anything there. On a black car no less. I highly recommend this business. They are passionate about their craft (you should have seen the excitement they had upon completion) and took time to educate me on aspects of my car. I will use them over and over again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stephen and his crew have been cleaning our fleet at the American Red Cross in central Virginia for 3 years now. They routinely service 46 vehicles of varied weights and sizes. He is always willing to accommodate our schedule and the results are always perfect. Highly recommended, thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just Wow. For record I have not provided any google reviews maybe ever, or if so been too long to remember. I’m making time to state here for the record that Hawks Auto Detailing is next level. My beloved Jeep has been through ringer for two years, mileage, camping, trekking, multiple large long haired dogs on the reg, landscaping projects, three moves, and man. Hawks arrived. Pit crew vibes, 4hrs, precise and meticulous, can-do beyond my imagination, fun attitude. My 8 yr old Willys is like a brand new vehicle. Pretty sure I will work with no other when it comes to auto detail. Excellent value for return!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Hawks Auto detailing for any of your car needs. They are professional, timely, and extremely thorough with their detailing. They are willing and able to come to your house and have all the tools necessary. For the price and how long my car stays clean I think their prices are extremely reasonable

// Frequently Asked Questions

Any questions?

What services does Hawks Auto Detail offer?

Drive up to our shop for an Express Hand Wash, no appointment needed, or book us for a full detail, interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, or fleet service.

We can also take our detailing van wherever you are in Richmond, Midlothian, Chesterfield, or Henrico.

Do I need an appointment for the Express Hand Wash?

No. Just pull up to our shop any time during business hours; most washes are done in 10 to 20 minutes, no booking is required.

Where is your shop located?

Hawks Auto Detailing is at 5711 Grove Ave, Richmond, VA 23226, United States.

What’s the difference between the Express Hand Wash and a full detail?

The Express Hand Wash is an exterior-only, drive-up wash, hand-washed, no appointment, done in minutes. A full detail is a deeper, appointment-based service covering interior and exterior. We can also include paint correction and ceramic coating.

Can you detail multiple vehicles or fleets?

Yes. We handle fleet detailing for businesses in the Richmond area alongside our individual customer work, with packages built around your fleet’s schedule.

Why Hand Wash Instead of the Tunnel?

Automated tunnel washes are fast, but the brushes and chemicals many of them use can damage the car painting over time.

Every Hand Wash at Hawks is done by hand, from the wheels to the glass, so you get the convenience of a drive-up wash without gambling on your paint.
